Exhibition on 90-year development of Youth Union, especially army youth

More than 300 typical documents, pictures and artifacts are on display at an exhibition reflecting the 90 years of construction and maturity of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, especially the youth of the Army.
Cutting ribbon to open the exhibition 

The event is held by the Vietnam Museum of Military History in coordination with the Army Youth Board to mark the 90th anniversary of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 6) and the success of the 13th National Party Congress.

It offers an opportunity for viewers to learn more about the glorious victory traditions of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and military youth, thus building up their pride in the nation and encouraging them to make more contributions to the national construction and defense cause in the new period. Participants also recalled the development and contributions of the Vietnamese youth and young military troops to the cause of national liberation, construction and defense.

Showcased documents, photos, and exhibits highlight the military youth as a vanguard force in natural disaster response, search and rescue, environmental disaster response, and disease prevention and control. Together with protecting the lives and property of the people and the State, youth in the military have contributed to firmly safeguarding national independence, sovereignty, and integrity for national development.

Apart from documents, photos, and exhibits, the exhibition introduces outstanding models and technical initiatives developed by military youth to serve their units’ combat readiness training in the 2015-2020 period./.
