Italian cuisine introduced to Hanoians

Many traditional dishes and drinks of the European country such as wine, ice cream, tomato sauce, noodles, olive oil, coffee and biscuits are being introduced at the 2020 Italian Cuisine Week which opened in Hanoi on December 7.

The week entitled “A taste of Italy everyday”, the event will be held for a week. It includes other activities such as cooking demonstrations, guidance on how to taste Italian cuisine, and music concerts.
This is part of The Extraordinary Italian Taste project initiated by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and held in over 40 countries over the world.
In Vietnam, the programme is organised in seven cities and provinces./.
