Nearly 300 individuals and collectives of 2021 Reading Culture Ambassador Contest honoured

On November 10, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism held an award ceremony of the 2021 Reading Culture Ambassador Contest to honour nearly 300 individuals and collectives. Accordingly, eight first prizes, 10 second prizes, 52 third prizes and more than 200 consolation prizes were presented.

Launched in February, the contest was opened for students nationwide. It aimed at promoting reading culture at schools and in the community.

The contest drew the participation of many units and schools across the country.
Organisers received more than 870,000 entries by students from nearly 6,900 educational institutions, including those from Ha Nam, Bac Giang, Thai Nguyen, Gia Lai, Quang Ninh and Phu Tho provinces./.
