Russians write about President Ho Chi Minh

A Vietnamese version of memoirs on President Ho Chi Minh by 17 Russian people, including war veterans and renowned revolutionary and social activists, has been released.

A Vietnamese version of memoirs on President Ho Chi Minh

The memories comprise 17 stories by authors who met and worked with President Ho Chi Minh at different times and in different circumstances, when he was an activist and then leader of the Vietnamese people.

The Information and Communications Publishing House under the Ministry of Information and Communications coordinated with the Vietnam – Russia Federation Friendship Association and the Russia – Vietnam Friendship Association to translate the stories into Vietnamese.

Stories were translated from Russian language by Nguyen Huy Hoang and Nguyen Van Minh, and edited by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Hoa.

The works have been published to celebrate the late President’s 130th birthday on May 19th and the 70th anniversary of diplomatic ties between Vietnam and Russia on May 23rd, and to strengthen the thriving cooperation and friendship between the two countries./.
