Mr. Hoang Tung, Chairman of Thu Duc City People’s Committee, said that the move aims to create momentum for economic activities to continue after October 1, as well as create jobs, speed up projects, and put projects into operation soon.
Following this activity, in the near future, Thu Duc city will consider reopening some production and business activities in the "green zone", with the principle of ensuring absolute safety.
Thu Duc will accompany and support investors and contractors in the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic at construction sites, and be ready to respond to issues related to COVID-19.
Besides, the city is also considering a number of other production activities for enterprises employing many workers, and commercial services, according to each route and safe area.
Thu Duc also encourages businesses, organizations and people to restart the economy to quickly re-establish the “new normal” state.
Housing project in Phu Huu ward, Thu Duc city, invested by Khang Dien Housing Investment Joint Stock Company, has a scale of 4.3 ha, including 180 townhouses, villas and apartments.
Meanwhile, the Song Viet Complex project in Thu Thiem New Urban Area is invested by Quoc Loc Phat Joint Stock Company, and the project is developed by Son Kim Land Company. Both of these projects were under construction but had to be interrupted due to the COVID-19 epidemic./.
