Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc attended Dong Da festival in Hanoi on February 1st (the fifth day of the Lunar New Year), which marked the 228th anniversary of Ngoc Hoi - Dong Da victory over the Chinese Qing invaders.
Solutions to attract OV intellectuals to return to the homeland

Each year, there are about 300 overseas Vietnamese intellectuals returning to Vietnam to work and participate in programs on research cooperation and implementation of science-technology and education-training.

Journalist working for the Quan Doi Nhan Dan (People’s Army) and Nhan Dan (People) newspapers and Vietnam Television have won first prizes at the Golden Hammer and Sickle Awards.
