After 8 months of construction, the Da Nang International Press Center to serve APEC 2017 has been completed and is ready to welcome domestic and international journalists.
By renovating the Fair Expo Center, the project was invested with VND178.8 billion since construction started on December 1st, 2016.
The work includes a three-floor structure with the first level having a reception hall, security room, health room, card delivery room, multi-purpose room, central control room, conference room, service room and other auxiliary areas.
The second floor includes dining area, kitchen storage, volunteer room and computer network maintenance room. While the third floor has four meeting rooms, service room, technical room and other supporting rooms.
More than 2,000 domestic and international reporters and journalists are expected to come Da Nang to attend and report about the APEC 2017 Summit week in November./.
