In his address during the order presenting ceremony on January 17, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Phuc Lam, HCMA Deputy Director, emphasized the ceremony was held to recognize the contributions of individuals who are leaders, managers and experts in translating and publishing "Ho Chi Minh toan tap" (Ho Chi Minh complete collection) from Vietnamese to Lao language, thereby contributing to the development of cooperative relations between the two Parties, the two States and the two peoples.

According to Mr. Lam, with the special importance and significance of the Party's ideological foundation for the revolutionary cause, leadership and development of the two Parties and the two States, the Politburo, and the Party Central Committee Secretariat assigned the HCMA and the Lao National Academy of Politics and Administration to organize the implementation of the 15-volume translation project "Ho Chi Minh toan tap" with 3,300 important works of President Ho Chi Minh from 1912 to 1969 and Ho Chi Minh Dictionary to Lao language.

Started in 2015, the project was handed over and put into use to the Lao side in early 2021, making an important contribution to the ideological and theoretical work, scientific research, training and fostering of cadres for the Lao People's Revolutionary Party.

Speaking at the ceremony, Lao Deputy Ambassador to Vietnam Chanthaphone Khammanichanh said the labour orders demonstrate the gratitude of the Lao Party, State and people to the Vietnamese officials for their contributions to Laos’s personnel training and the implementation of the above-mentioned project. “The cadres and experts have played a role in tightening the great friendship, solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnamese and Lao Parties, States and people,” he said.

On this occasion, the Su That National Political Publishing House presented books on the 13th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) and others on political theory to staff members of the Lao Embassy and Lao students in Vietnam./.
