VFF leader congratulates Lao counterpart on re-election

President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Central Committee Do Van Chien has congratulated Sinlavong Khutphaythoun on his re-election as President of the Lao Front for National Construction (LFNC) Central Committee.

Mr. Do Van Chien said he extends his warmest congratulations to the LFNC Central Committee’s president, vice president and members following the success of the LFNC’s 11th National Congress for the 2021 – 2026 term.
“I am pleased to see the cooperation between the VFF and the LFNC growing constantly and extensively in a practical and effective way that helps foster the long-standing and loyal relationship between the Parties, States and peoples of Vietnam and Laos,” he said in a letter sent to the Lao counterpart on November 26.
He also expressed his confidence that the LFNC will make greater achievements, contributing to building a prosperous country of Laos and wished for the ever-lasting special solidarity and comprehensive partnership between Laos and Vietnam./.
