33 works win Press Award on Cultural Development and Building of Civilized and Elegant manner of Hanoians

On the evening of October 2, at the Thang Long Imperial Citadel in Hanoi, the Hanoi Party Committee held an awarding ceremony for the 5^th Press Award on Cultural Development and Building of Civilized and Elegant manner of Hanoians.

The Organizing Committee said that 2022 is the second year of implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress; Resolution of the 17th Hanoi City Party Committee Congress; Five-year socio-economic development plan for the 2021-2025 period; 10-year socio-economic development strategy for the 2021-2030 period; Program 06-CTr/TU of the Hanoi City Party Committee on “Cultural development; improving the quality of human resources; building civilized and elegant manner of Hanoians in the 2021-2025 period". This is also the first year that Hanoi has implemented Resolution 09-NQ/TU of the City Party Committee on "Developing the cultural industry in the capital for the 2021-2025 period, orientation to 2030, with a vision until 2045”.

The Organizing Committee said that the achieved results show the love and serious, creative work spirit and responsibility of journalists for Hanoi capital. Today's event also aims to recognize and honor the contributions of reporters, journalists, and press agencies in promoting activities on cultural development, building elegant and civilized Hanoians.

The awarding ceremony is one of the meaningful and practical activities to celebrate the 68th anniversary of the Capital's Liberation Day (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2022)./.
