Austrian state desires to promote multifaceted cooperation with Hanoi

(CPV) - Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee Nguyen Manh Quyen received Ms. Barbara Eibinger-Miedl, Regional Minister for Economy, Tourism, Europe, Science and Research of Styria state in Hanoi on October 17.

At the meeting, Ms. Barbara Eibinger-Miedl said that the state of Styria wants to enhance bilateral cooperation with Hanoi in green energy, the circular economy, education, environmental technology, and waste treatment.
She noted that many Austrian businesses have successfully cooperated with Vietnamese partners.
Vice Chairman Nguyen Manh Quyen informed his guest of Hanoi’s growth focuses that cover the development of economic and industrial infrastructure, green energy, the circular economy, education, and science-technology.
He suggested that the Styria delegation to study and make specific proposals for joint work with Hanoi regarding those sectors.
In addition, representatives of Austrian companies in the fields of renewable energy, education, and medical waste treatment met and exchanged information with businesses in Hanoi at the meeting./.
