The Hanoi People’s Committee has issued Plan 33/KH-UBND dated January 19, 2023 on the city’s international integration in 2023.

In 2023, the city will continue to exploit its advantages, overcome limitations and difficulties in order to take advantage of opportunities and minimize challenges and negative impacts in the process of international integration, striving to develop the economy to be on par with the capitals and major cities of other developed countries in the region.
The city will accompany and support businesses in the process of integration and implementation of commitments on international economic integration, and promptly listen to opinions and feedback of businesses on policy issues and problems in international economic integration and in the process of negotiating and implementing Free Trade Agreements (FTAs).
In addition, it will innovate and improve the efficiency of investment, trade and tourism promotion activities, creating conditions for businesses to introduce and promote products and find partners to promote cooperation opportunities and export.
The capital will also focus on sustainable tourism development, restructure the tourism industry in terms of tourism infrastructure, environment, businesses and products to effectively exploit the tangible and intangible values in order to develop the capital’s tourism into a spearhead economic sector.
The capital aims to step up communication, advertise and promote tourism activities, such as strengthening communication, propaganda and promotion of tourism images, destinations, and new tourism products of the capital on CNN channels, international communication channels, websites, social networking platforms like Youtube and Facebook./.
