Hanoi trains nearly 3,000 employees at small- and medium-sized enterprises

(CPV) - According to the Hanoi Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, as of June 2022, Hanoi has 361 vocational education institutions, of which, 119 are public units.

In terms of vocational training enrollment results, in the January – June period of 2022, the whole city recruited and trained 101,620 arrivals, reaching 45.26% of the enrollment plan in 2022, an increase of 194.5% over the same period in 2021.
In addition, the Hanoi Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs has coordinated with the Association of Small- and Medium-sized Enterprises of the city to promulgate a plan to support vocational training and vocational skills for laborers working in small- and medium-sized enterprises in the city in 2022.
Up to now, the department has trained and retrained nearly 3,000 employees at small and medium-sized enterprises, in which: training from the city budget for 365 employees; training from socialization sources from businesses with links and cooperation with vocational education institutions for 2,500 employees.
In the last six months of the year, the department will submit to the city People's Committee a decision to issue a set of economic - technical norms for primary and less than 3 months training occupations, applicable in the field of vocational education in the city (Phase 2); decision on promulgating service prices and training support levels for primary-level occupations, less than 3 month training under the Prime Minister's Decision 46/2015/QD-TTg in the city. At the same time, the city will continue to coordinate with the Association of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of Hanoi city to train and retrain employees of small and medium-sized enterprises in 2022./.
