The Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee has approved an additional 14 hotels in District 1, 7 and Phu Nhuan, as isolation sites to meet the increasing demand of isolation with paying fees.

So far, the southern city has 22 hotels serving as central medical isolation sites with fees and two hotels serving as isolation sites for the crew.
The 14 hotels that received the authority’s approval include: Huong Sen 3, Alagon City, AEM Signature, Blue Diamond (two branches at 11 Thai Van Lung and 48-50 Thu Khoa Huan, Riverside, Sky Gem Central, Viet Lotus Boutique, AEM, Cititel Parkview Saigon, Saigon Hanoi, Sunshine, Sabina, and Muong Thanh Luxury Saigon.
Earlier, in July, the city People’s Committee selected 8 hotels as isolation sites in District 1, 3, 5, 7 and Tan Binh, including: Holiday Inn, IBIS Saigon Airport, Bat Dat, Des Arts Saigon, Le Meridien Saigon, IBIS Saigon South, De Nhat and Norfolk.
According to a Decision recently approved by Deputy Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee Le Thanh Liem, the hotels will be directly managed by the city Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control and must strictly abide by instructions of the Department of Health and People’s Committees of districts./.
