Thanks to technology, the stages of making girdle cake such as: grinding flour, decanting flour, mixing, pressing and rolling into sheets, drying, checking quality, packing are done smoothly.

The products are usually clear, thin and pure; meeting the regular needs of consumers in the South and the whole country. Developing the traditional girdle cake villages has created many jobs for local people, contributing to the sustainable development of new-style rural areas in Cu Chi.
