Binh Duong province increases cooperation with Denmark

He made the statement during his reception for the delegation led by Mr. Troels Jakobsen, Commercial Counselor of the Embassy of Denmark, on June 30^th.

During the reception, Mr. Truc introduced the main features of socio-economic development in Binh Duong province over the past 20 years, and the province’s industrial zones.

According to Mr. Truc, Binh Duong is a province with complete and synchronous transport infrastructure and is among attractive destinations for investors, with foreign investment capital of USD35 billion. “Binh Duong is developing to become a smart and worth living city of the country,” he said.

Expressing his gratitude to Danish businesses investing in Binh Duong, he said that he expected the delegation to continue supporting and encouraging Danish businesses to invest in Binh Duong, especially in the field of technical infrastructure and high technology.

Appreciating Binh Duong’s attraction of investment, Mr. Troels Jakobsen expressed his impression in mobilizing the entire political system to effectively prevent and combat the COVID-19 pandemic in Binh Duong in particular and Vietnam in general.

Mr. Troels Jakobsen also introduced programs that can support Binh Duong province such as the Danish Investment Fund and Danish Credit Fund; as well as Danish educational solutions in Vietnam for preschool, primary and secondary levels./.
