Vietnamese Embassy in Mongolia offers flowers to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh

A delegation from the Vietnamese Embassy and representatives of Vietnamese people and students in Mongolia led by Ambassador Doan Thi Huong recently offered flowers to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at the National Experimental School No.14 named after Ho Chi Minh in the capital, Ulan Bator.

The activity aimed to mark the 45th anniversary of the Southern Liberation and National Reunification Day (April 30th) and the 134th anniversary of May Day (May 1st).

The ceremony was also attended by Rector of the National Experimental School No.14, E. Gungaajav.

The delegation spent a minute in silence to express their gratitude before President Ho Chi Minh’s great merit in the struggle to regain independence for the nation, especially the great victory in spring 1975 to reunite the country, which was opened by the historical Ho Chi Minh Campaign.

Expressing pleasure and emotion at participating in the delegation to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh, Rector E. Gungaajav said that before the statue of President Ho Chi Minh, it is a great honour to share with you on the occasion of the anniversary of the National Reunification Day. The Rector also wished the Vietnamese people always bring the victorious spirit to build the country of Vietnam to be prosperous and make Vietnam – Mongolia relations develop deeply.  

On this occasion, Mongolian National Public Radio and Television screened the film “Ho Chi Minh, Ho Chi Minh, Hero of national liberation - Outstanding cultural celebrity” on the afternoon of April 30th./.
