Australia funds Vietnamese researchers to develop new-generation solar battery

The Australia Renewable Energy Agency has just funded the new-generation solar battery project of Dr. Nguyen Trong Hieu from Australian National University (ANU) with 1 million AUD (750,000 USD).

The new technology of these Vietnamese researchers will be the next step in exploiting the photovoltaic potential as a clean energy, which is sustainable with an affordable price.
Dr. Nguyen Trong Hieu is currently a senior lecturer on solar power energy at ANU.
The researcher team will use the funds to develop more advanced devices that will help researchers more accurately measure the optoelectronic properties of solar energy materials, he said./.
