The Consul General of Vietnam in Luang Prabang congratulated the Party Committee, Government and people of Luang Prabang province for promoting the patriotic tradition and the unyielding revolutionary will of the Lao people in general and the people of Luang Prabang in particular over the past 46 years, and winning many great victories in all fields of politics, security, economy - society, culture and education, contributing to the common achievements in the cause of construction, protection and development of the beautiful country of Laos; highly appreciating the close cooperation and twinning relations between Luang Prabang and Vietnam’s localities; firmly believing that this partnership and twinning relationship will continue to further develop.
The Consulate General of Vietnam in Luang Prabang has continued to contribute to developing the cooperation and twinning relations between Luang Prabang and Vietnam’s localities, contributing to fostering the great friendship relations, special unity and comprehensive cooperation between the Parties, States and peoples of the two countries.
On behalf of the Party Committee, Government and people of the province, Mr. Khamkhan Chanthavisuk, Secretary and Provincial Governor of Luang Prabang province, expressed his sincere and deep thanks for the good feelings and great assistance of the Party and State and Vietnamese people to the Party, State and people of Laos in general, and Luang Prabang province in particular; and for the affection, cooperation and assistance of the Consulate General of Vietnam in Luang Prabang as well as the Consul General to Luangprabang province, especially for the support in the COVID-19 pandemic over the past time.
Mr. Khamkhan Chanthavisuk wished to continue to receive effective cooperation and assistance from the Consulate General, especially in the role of a bridge in promoting the cooperation relations between Luang Prabang province and Vietnam’s localities.
