The event drew the participation of over 20 children, who are members of the representative missions and students of Vietnamese classes organized by the Embassy for many years.

The festival took place in an exciting atmosphere with many meaningful performances such as screening a cartoon about the legend of Uncle Cuoi with Dutch subtitles, an introduction about fruit trays at the Mid-Autumn festival, and how to make traditional Mid-Autumn cakes.

The children in the Vietnamese class had the opportunity to show their talents through Vietnamese songs about the Mid-Autumn Festival and had fun trying to make Mid-Autumn cakes, and enjoying a procession of lanterns, and special fruits and cakes of the festival.

Speaking at the event, Ambassador Pham Viet Anh affirmed the Party and State interest in the overseas Vietnamese community, emphasizing that the Embassy always tries to create favorable conditions for overseas Vietnamese, especially younger generations, to preserve Vietnamese language and culture, contributing to building a community of solidarity, love and mutual help towards the homeland./.
