Nail contest for Vietnamese people in UK

The Vietnamese Nail Association in the UK (NVAUK) has just organized the final round of the UK Next Top Nail Contest 2021. This is not only a skill contest for nail makers, but also a festival for Vietnamese people there.

The UK Next Top Nail Contest 2021 attracts many Vietnamese in the UK because it gathers many professional nail activities for nail makers with the largest ever scale in the UK.

More than 100 nail artists have shown their artistic skills to create the most beautiful nails with the theme of Autumn, Halloween and Christmas.

The event attracted more than 800 people from all over the UK with the participation of 16 sponsors, nail service providers, Vietnamese food suppliers and guests from international organizations.

In the final night, Mr. Nguyen Trung Nam, President of NVAUK, shared about the establishment of the association, the purpose and significance of the event honoring the nail profession, as well as the plan to develop the community of nail makers.

“We are very excited about a big event like this, which takes place for the first time in the UK, where nail makers from all over the UK come together to exchange and share about their profession and life,” said Nam.

According to him, in the coming time, NVAUK will continue to carry out activities to support the Vietnamese community, solve difficulties in the sector and support nail salons to return to doing business as before the pandemic. This event will be held once a year and expand the network to every place where Vietnamese people live.

The jury announced the 10 people to the final round and selected the three best candidates for awards. The program took place with many cultural and artistic events, community exchanges, and an exhibition fair of nail products with Vietnamese brand./.
