Overseas Vietnamese in Slovakia support people in Central region

With the spirit of supporting and sharing with local people affected by natural disasters in the Central region, the Nghe Tinh fellow - countrymen association in Slovakia has launched the movement "Towards the Central region".

The movement quickly spreads through the whole Vietnamese community in all regions of Slovakia and has received the support of the Vietnamese Embassy in the country. In particular, a number of local people who are friends of overseas Vietnamese have also actively supported this activity.
Thanks to the generosity and spirit of sharing among overseas Vietnamese, the Nghe Tinh fellow - countrymen association has collected EUR7,515 and 300,000 liters of safe water for people in Vietnam. The amount of money will be quickly transferred to the provinces of Nghe An, Ha Tinh and Quang Binh, which have suffered the most severe damage during the recent flood.
The movement is still taking place.
Besides, each member of the Vietnamese Embassy in Slovakia has donated a minimum of one salary day./.
