Speaking at the event, the Consul General of Vietnam in Preah Sihanouk encouraged the Vietnamese origin people to feel secure, and stabilize their lives in the locality, especially as the New Year 2020 is coming.

On this occasion, the Consul General of Vietnam also encouraged the families to soon take their children to learn Khmer/Vietnamese language at the headquarters of the provincial Khmer-Vietnam Association, because most of the children have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and can go to school./.
