Union of Vietnamese Associations in Italy to be established

Vietnamese Ambassador to Italy Duong Hai Hung received and worked with leaders and representatives of Vietnamese associations and delegations in Italy.

On this occasion, the Ambassador presented the Certificate of Merit from the State Commission for Overseas Vietnamese and the Certificate of Merit from the Embassy to Ms. Le Thi Bich Huong, President of the Association of Vietnamese Cultural Bridge in Italy, for her positive contributions during the COVID-19 pandemic.

On the same day, under the witness of Ambassador Duong Hai Hung, leaders and representatives of Vietnamese Associations in Italy, such as Association of Vietnamese Cultural Bridge in Italy, Italy-Vietnam Mutual Support Association, and Vietnamese Entrepreneurs Association in Italy, signed a Memorandum of Understanding to join the Campaign Committee towards the establishment of the Union of Vietnamese Associations in Italy with the common goal of strengthening community work and contributing to promoting friendship, understanding and cooperation between the people of the two countries./.
