Vietnam Day first held in Belgium

At the opening ceremony, President of BVA Andries Gryffroy expressed his pleasure at this first Vietnam Day event held in Belgium to introduce the beautiful S-shaped country and its wonderful people. He hoped that this would be a beginning event for cultural activities about Vietnam BVA will organize in future.

Vietnamese Ambassador to Belgium Vu Anh Quang desired this event would be organized regularly in future.

The event offered opportunity for visitors to discover the beauty of the people and culture of Vietnam, as well as enjoy Vietnamese traditional dishes of steamed rolled rice pancake, noodle soup and spring rolls.

The event attracted a lot of Belgian friends and overseas Vietnamese people./.
