Vietnam’s Consulate General in Hong Kong hands over second batch of medical supplies to Field Hospital No. 14

Field Hospital No. 14, belonging to Hue Central Hospital, on September 9 received the second batch of medical supplies ordered by the Consulate General of Vietnam in Hong Kong (China) from donations of businesses and the Vietnamese community in the area.

The consignment includes 14 Terumo and TE-SS830 automatic injection machines of Japan, worth 413 million VND, delivered in 2 batches, on September 9 and 11, 2021.

The Consulate General of Vietnam in Hong Kong worked with Dr. Nguyen Thanh Xuan, leader of Field Hospital No. 14, to look for suppliers who can deliver the goods the fastest, at the best price, to soon save the lives of patients.

On September 1, the Consulate General of Vietnam in Hong Kong presented the first shipment of 3 HFNC high-flow oxygen machines with integrated SpO2, worth 237 million VND.

In total, Field Hospital No.14 received medical supplies worth 650 million VND from donations raised by the Vietnamese Consulate General in Hong Kong./.
