At the meetings, Ambassador Ly Quoc Tuan learned about business, life and difficulties the Vietnamese businesses and citizens are facing.

The Ambassador informed overseas Vietnamese about the situation of the country, the Party and State's interest in the community, encouraged them to stabilize their lives, and expressed his hope that they would continue to promote the tradition of Vietnamese people, look towards the Fatherland and visit the homeland.

He also suggested that the government of the state and at all levels help Vietnamese citizens in the region. At the same time, they should create conditions for law-breaking citizens to be guaranteed their legitimate rights and interests, soon to be free, and to return to the country.

Representatives of overseas Vietnamese in Tachilek and groups of citizens in four towns reported to the Ambassador about the situation of business and living in the region, and expressed their sincere thanks for the concern of the Party, State and Embassy./.
