This is the last event in a series of 12 activities over the past year of the Level-2 Field Hospital No. 3 before it ends its term. At the same time, this event also marks the continuation of the noble mission of the Level-2 Field Hospital No. 4.

Apart from presenting 150 gifts, including notebooks, pencils and crayons to disadvantaged students who have good results in their studies, the two hospitals also donated 350 self-made masks and 20 sets of desks and chairs to the school.

Witnessing the school's shortages from previous trips, the Vietnamese “blue beret” soldiers took advantage of the hospital's pallets to make desks and chairs to ease the difficulties of local students.

Not only receiving gifts, the students also participated in many interesting games organized by the two hospitals, such as tug of war, shuttlecock and football.

These Vietnamese folk games brought much excitement to children in South Sudan, nearly 10,000 km from Vietnam. Female staff from both hospitals also taught the local students to draw simple pictures.

On this occasion, the Vietnamese “blue beret” soldiers planted more than 20 trees to create more green space for the school. This activity comes from the desire to bring more freshness to the arid, sunny, windy, dusty land around Bentiu.

Previously, the Board of Directors of the Level-2 Field Hospital No. 3 came to say goodbye and presented gifts to the Minister of Education of Unity state and introduced the Board of Directors of Level-2 Field Hospital No. 4.

Although the staff of the Level-2 Field Hospital No. 3 is going to end their term, with the desire to dedicate themselves and join hands to make local people's life less difficult, the Level-2 Field Hospital No. 3 still continues in the spirit of the Vietnamese “blue beret” soldier to send faith and hope in the younger generations and make the land of Bentiu more and more beautiful./.
