The Overseas Vietnamese Association in RoK will coordinate with the Vietnamese community’s organizations, such as the Women's Unions, Student Unions, Charity Associations in Bucheon, Uyjungbu, Daejon and Gwangju, to carry out this meaningful program.

The Organizing Board believes that with the strength of the community and the consensus and solidarity of Vietnamese organizations in RoK, the program will promote the spirit of mutual help, and join hands to raise funds to present many significant gifts to compatriots at home, supporting the homeland in the fight against COVID-19.

The organizing board will receive donations from August 23 to September 12, 2021. People can donate cash or materials such as face masks, protective suits or biological products for COVID-19 testing.

The amount of money collected will be used to buy items to support frontline forces such as face masks, protective suits and face shields, and essential items for people in areas severely affected by the pandemic.

The Overseas Vietnamese Association in RoK will update information and photos about charity activities in localities. The association hopes that the program will be shared and spread by many people and receive a lot of support from the community for the homeland./.
