Speaking at the handover ceremony, Mr. Pham Van Hung, representative of Khamhoung Saychaleun Company, said that each gift included 12kg of rice and 300,000LAK. Although the value of the gift is not large, it is the heart of the community to share difficulties with the overseas Vietnamese.

According to the pandemic prevention regulations of the Government of Laos, all gifts will be handed over to overseas Vietnamese branches to distribute to the overseas Vietnamese as soon as possible.

On behalf of the overseas Vietnamese, Mr. Le Anh Duc, Vice Chairman of the Overseas Vietnamese Association in Vientiane, thanked and highly appreciated the generosity of the company's staff.

This shows that wherever they are, the Vietnamese community still retains the good cultural tradition of the nation, and always helps and supports each other in difficult times.

Over the past time, many benefactors have cooperated with the Overseas Vietnamese Association in Vientiane and Phat Tich Pagoda to present gifts to Vietnamese and Laotian families facing difficulty in the capital as well as in other localities./.
