The value of the document which expressed President Ho Chi Minh's thought, wisdom, soul, bravery and personality, remains original. Party General Secretary and State President Nguyen Phu Trong emphasized, “Our responsibility is to fulfill his will and successfully realize the Declaration of Independence - the first document of Vietnam known all over the world, to keep the country's independence and freedom, at any cost."
