(CPV) - President Ho Chi Minh many times visited and attended Congresses of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, the celebration of the October Revolution, and the conference of the World Communist and Workers' Parties held in Moscow. He in turn visited 15 republics of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.
