US Secretary of State pays official visit to Vietnam

On October 30, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan phuc received US Secretary of State Michael Richard Pompeo who paid an official visit to Vietnam. Earlier, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Pham Binh Minh welcomed and held talks with the US Secretary of State.
The visit was made from October 29-30 at the invitation of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Pham Binh Minh, in order to celebrate the 25th year since the establishment of the Vietnam – US diplomatic relationship.
