Quang Ninh presents floating backpacks and scholarships to poor students

At the event, five poor students with good result in study were presented with scholarships, each worth VND500,000, and 200 students, who on their way to school cross rivers or streams, were presented floating backpacks, which can be used to both store books and school supplies as well as serving as a lifebuoy for the children, helping keep them safe from the risk of drowning.
