(CPV) – Making sticky rice cakes has become the culture of the Vietnamese people. As the 2020 lunar New Year approaches, soldiers and cadres at the Radar Station 485 on Tra Ban Island, Van Don district, Quang Ninh province, gather to make the cakes for Tet.
