The Bac Ninh provincial Library has just launched a new multilingual reading channel (Let's Read) for children at the website: http://thuvientinh.bacninh.gov.vn/. Readers can access the website to search and read children’s books without paying fees.

The launch of the library channel aims to introduce readers to an abundance of book resources that contribute to creating reading habits for children at an early age, thereby increasing knowledge, forming and developing intelligence and personality of children.
So far, Let's Read has covered over 2,000 books in about 20 different languages, including Vietnamese. Books are divided into 15 different topics, including science books, adventure, art, jokes, novels; typical works of world literature; and books to improve foreign language skills.
Let’s Read is within the framework of a cooperation agreement between the National Library of Vietnam and the Asia Foundation on implementing the program to sponsor English books for libraries in Vietnam in the 2017-2022 period.
From 2018 to now, the project has been implemented in 20 countries in Asia, including Vietnam, with many activities such as book creation, book translation, skills development, and organizing activities to encourage reading./.
