Bac Ninh provincial People’s Council session adopts important resolutions

They included the resolutions on personnel work in 2020; the adjustment of public investment list in the 2016-2021 period; healthcare for revolutionary contributors; the adjustment of capital for the project upgrading Ngu Huyen Khe River; the revision and amendments of the resolution adopting the project carrying out the smart city in Bac Ninh term 2017-2020, with a vision to 2030; and the support for teachers and cooks in public preschools.

Chairman of the provincial People’s Council Nguyen Quoc Chung asked relevant agencies to organize the two tasks of both preventing COVID-19 and boosting socio-economic development; and successfully holding Party Congresses at all levels.

He also urged the agencies to tackle businesses’ difficulties for increasing production; enhance attraction of social investment capital for socio-economic development; increase disbursement of public investment capital; accelerate measures in collecting budget; encourage consumption demand; support those who are affected by pandemic; and ensure social welfare.

During the session, Party Central Committee member and Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Nguyen Nhan Chien awarded medals of labour and Prime Minister’s certificates of merit to individuals who had made significant achievements in socialism building and national protection./.
