Comrade Le Truong Luu holds the position of Secretary of Thua Thien Hue Provincial Party Committee

The Executive Board of the 16^th Thua Thien Hue Provincial Party Committee, for the 2020-2025 term, elected comrade Le Truong Luu, Secretary of the 15^th Provincial Party, to continue to hold the position of Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, with a unanimous vote.

Thua Thien – Hue Provincial Party Congress elected 50 members to the Executive Board of the 16^th Provincial Party Committee. The first meeting elected the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee including 15 comrades; Mr. Phan Ngoc Tho and Nguyen Quoc Doan, Deputy Secretaries of the Provincial Party Committee, were re-elected with absolute votes; and elected the Provincial Party Committee Commission of Inspection including 10 members. Mr. Pham Thi Minh Hue, Member of the Standing Board and Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee Commission of Inspection, was re-elected as Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee Commission of Inspection.

With the theme "Strengthening the building of a clean and strong Party and political system; promoting the strength of the entire people and innovation; developing socio-economic, ensuring national defense and security; building Thua Thien Hue into a centrally-governed city", the Congress agreed on directions and tasks for the 2020-2025 term, with 6 key programs,13 missions and four groups of solutions.

The Congress also elected the delegation to attend the 13^th National Party Congress, including 18 official delegates and one alternate delegate./.
