Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Ngo Thi Thanh Hang on October 24th attended the inauguration ceremony of Thuong Tin district’s cultural house, which is marked as the construction to welcome the 16th Hanoi Party Congress.

The construction began on September 23rd, 2013 on an area of nearly 6,400 square meters with the total investment of VND67 billion. The cultural house has three floors with a total height of 18m.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Ngo Thi Thanh Hang praised efforts of Thuong Tin district in building the work, ensuring the quality and process. She also confirmed that the work has practical significance, contributing to improving the cultural and spiritual life for all people, contributing to restoring, preserving and promoting cultural values of the locality. She also asks Thuong Tin district to strengthen the organization and management to put the work into effective operation./.
