A fair of agricultural products, food and one-commune one-product (OCOP) products opened in Hanoi on November 26, featuring 120 stalls of textile and garment, beverage, vegetables, processed food and handicraft products.

The fair also gathered OCOP products from localities, including oranges, tea, rice, honey, longan, avocado, macadamia, durian, agarwood, mushroom, onion, garlic, cashew nuts, melon, bird’s nests and fruits.
According to Tran Thi Phuong Lan, Vice Director of the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade, the organizer of the fair, the fair creates opportunities for businesses and production foundations to introduce and promote their products.
“It also provides consumers and tourists a chance to visit and buy high quality products,” she said.
Lasting until November 29, the fair aims to realize Hanoi’s OCOP program in the 2019-2020 period and the domestic stimulus program, contributing to fulfill the development targets in 2020 and the years to come, especially retail target and service turnover in the city./.
