The Executive Board of Dong Thap Provincial Party Committee elected 12 comrades to the Standing Board of the 11th Provincial Party Committee, for the 2020-2025 term.

With 100% of votes, Mr. Le Quoc Phong, Alternate member of the Party Central Committee and Member of the Standing Board of Dong Thap Provincial Party Committee, was elected to the position of Secretary of the 11th Dong Thap Provincial Party Committee, for the 2020 – 2025 term. Comrades Phan Van Thang and Pham Thien Nghia were elected as Deputy Secretaries of Dong Thap Provincial Party Committee, for the 2020 – 2025 term.
On October 20, the southern Dong Thap Provincial Party Committee announced results of the first of the Executive Board of the 11th Dong Thap Provincial Party Committee, for the 2020-2025 term.
Earlier in the working session on the afternoon of October 19, the Executive Board of the 11th Dong Thap Provincial Party Committee, for the 2020-2025 term, including 51 comrades, was elected.
In the first session on the evening of October 19, the Congress elected the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary and Deputy Secretaries of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Commission of Inspection and Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee Commission of Inspection, in accordance with the regulations on election in the Party.
The new Executive Board of the Provincial Party Committee also elected ten members to the Provincial Party Committee Commission of Inspection. Mr. Nguyen Van Thi, Member of the Standing Board of the 10th Provincial Party Committee, was elected to hold the position of Chairman of Provincial Party Committee Commission of Inspection./.
