Tuyen Quang deploys to study and follow President Ho Chi Minh's thought

This meaningful activity aims to celebrate the 68th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu victory and the 132nd birthday of great President Ho Chi Minh. The conference was held online from the Provincial Convention Center to 170 points, including party cells and 138 communes, wards and towns in the province.

Professor, Dr. Hoang Chi Bao, senior expert, former member of the Party Central Committee's Theoretical Council, conveyed thematic content, including: basic content in Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style on self-reliant will; building the state administration; build an administration for the people to serve; and touching stories about Ho Chi Minh's moral example and style.

Administrative reform in general and administrative procedure reform in particular in Tuyen Quang province over the past time have always been concerns among Party committees and local authorities at all levels, unanimously implemented, and achieved many positive results, creating a premise to promote socio-economic development of Tuyen Quang province, contributing to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the administrative apparatus, enhancing the province's position and competitiveness.

However, administrative procedure reform has not created a strong impetus to improve the business investment environment of the province. The reduction of time to carry out administrative procedures in fields directly related to people and businesses has not met the requirements; there are still shortcomings in inter-level administrative procedures.

Tuyen Quang province has set a goal by 2025 to complete the renovation and implementation of the one-door and inter-level one-door mechanism in handling administrative procedures. 100% of administrative procedures eligible as prescribed are provided in the form of online public services at level 4 on various means of access including mobile devices; 100% of online public services are designed and redesigned to optimize user experience; at least 80% of administrative documents are processed completely online; and at least 90% of people and businesses are satisfied with the handling of administrative procedures.

In the orientation to 2030, 100% of administrative procedures records are processed completely online, people only have to enter data once; 100% of specialized shared databases are connected and shared throughout the province and with national databases through the province's data sharing and integration platform; 100% of people and businesses are satisfied with the settlement of administrative procedures./.
