Specifically, the campaign will mobilize the participation of 5,000-6,000 people representing all classes of people and ethnic groups of the province.

For units and localities, the launch will be held in 3 levels from communes, wards, towns to districts and provinces; mobilize agencies, unions, schools, military units, police and businesses to join or organize their own organizations, striving to reach 85% of the administrative units of each province or city.

The launch aims to raise awareness about the role and effects of exercise and sport in improving health and quality of life of people and mobilize all people to choose suitable sports for daily practice in order to create reasonable movement habits throughout their life.

It is organized to practically celebrate the success of Party Congresses at all levels and the 13^th National Party Congress; the 90^th anniversary of the establishment of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931) and the 75^th anniversary of Vietnam Sports Day (March 27, 1946)./.
