The first double-decker Hop on Hop off bus “City Tour” route was test-run on June 30th, around well-known relics in the capital Hanoi.

The new bus run from Hanoi Opera House to the Temple of Literature (Van Mieu-Quoc Tu Giam), Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and Hanoi old streets.
According to the Hanoi Transport Corporation, the new bus model, which has 16-45 seats, will be officially put into use in February 2018.
As planned, the “City Tour” bus will run from Hanoi Opera House to Trang Tien, Ngo Quyen, Ly Thuong Kiet, Hoa Lo, Hai Ba Trung, Nguyen Khuyen, the Temple of Literature, Ton Duc Thang, Chu Van An, Dien Bien Phu, Hoang Dieu, Hoang Van Thu, Hung Vuong, Thanh Nien, Phan Dinh Phung, Hang Cot, Hang Luoc, Cha Ca, Hang Can, Luong Van Can, Le Thai To, Ba Trieu, Hai Ba Trung and Phan Chu Trinh streets.
Earlier, in the end of 2016, the Government allowed Hanoi and six other localities (Quang Nam, Da Nang, Thua Thien-Hue, Lam Dong, Kien Giang and Ho Chi Minh city) for a five-year period to pilot the double-decker Hop on Hop off bus service./.
