Accordingly, CAAV should coordinate with units of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and reach agreement with partners of China, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Taiwan (China), Cambodia and Laos, about subjects who are permitted to immigrate, immigration processes and conditions of Vietnam for those who want to board a plane.

People who want to enter the country must have temperature checks, install Ncovi application and medical declaration and have negative certificate of RT-PCR for Sars-CoV-2.

The administration directed airlines to only sell tickets to passengers who have entry visa to Vietnam and specific stay address in the country. The carriers must be responsible for checking the negative certificates for Sarc-CoV-2 issued by the competent authority of the host country.

CAAV asked airlines to arrange separate cabins for transit passengers from third countries entering Vietnam, to avoid sitting with passengers who are from 6 countries resuming regular flights with Vietnam./.
