Thua Thien-Hue wins 3 ASEAN Tourism Awards

(CPV) – Thua Thien-Hue has been honoured to win 3 ASEAN Tourism Awards in 2021, according to the provincial Department of Tourism.

Accordingly, Thua Thien-Hue province won prizes in 3 categories. Specifically, the award category of the ASEAN MICE Venue belongs to Silk Path Hotel Hue; the ASEAN Green Hotel belongs to Vedana Lagoon Resort & Spa and the ASEAN Sustainable Tourism belongs to the Hue City tour product – “1 destination, 5 heritages” of the Hue Monuments Conservation Centre.
The ASEAN Tourism Awards is an annual event held to honor and contribute to the sustainable development of high-quality tourism destinations, tourism products and services in the region.
The provincial Department of Tourism stated that the prizes will be presented at the ASEAN Tourism Forum (ATF 2022), which is scheduled to take place in Cambodia in January./.
