Numerous attractive tourism programs to be held in HCM City

The first forum on linkage for tourism development will be held by the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, the city Department of Tourism and Association of Tourism on August 8-9, 2022, said Ms Nguyen Thi Khanh, Chairwoman of the city Association of Tourism.

The forum is not only an opportunity for businesses to directly meet, connect, exchange, introduce and promote products-services, products and souvenirs; but also a place for localities and international partners to negotiate and orient new and attractive tourism products, ensuring safety criteria as well as associated product packages.
The event will attract the companionship and participation of local associations nationwide, with businesses and partners in the domestic and international tourism industry in all fields of travel, transportation, accommodation, hotel-restaurant, attractions and shopping. It is expected to draw the participation of 100 stalls.
According to the city Association of Tourism, in order to exploit and promote the culinary strengths of Vietnam’s tourism industry; the association will cooperate with the Center for Research, Conservation and Development of Vietnamese Cuisine to implement 4 major events in the last 6 months of 2022, such as: Food Festival - Vietnamese Rice Essence, Vegetarian Food Festival with the theme "The Essence of Vietnamese Agricultural Products", Bread Festival and HCM City Food Festival Week./.
