Ha Long bay has been named among the 25 most beautiful places around the world by the Cable News Network (CNN) in celebration of the International Mother Earth Day (April 22nd).

The America-based news said that enduring popularity has made Ha Long Bay one of the hottest natural attractions in Southeast Asia.
With 1,969 islets of hulking limestone and deep, green waters that are home to floating villages, this is a place where time slows to a standstill. Sail on a junk boat or pick up a kayak, and get lost in the quieter reaches of this vast and fascinating corner of the South China Sea.
Other beautiful spots that made the list are Bwindi Impenetrable Forest (Uganda), Samburu (Kenya), Mount Toubkal (Morocco), El Nido (the Philippines), Rotorua (New Zealand), Kata Tjuta (Australia) and the Maldives.
Notably, Southeast Asia has Ha Long bay and El Nido on the list. According to CNN, the list will be a good suggestion for tourists planning worldwide travels./.
