Commenting on the visit to Russia by Vietnamese President Nguyen Xuan Phuc, expert Grigory Trofimchuk said that Russians, especially Russian experts studying Vietnam, have special feelings for the Vietnamese President. “President Nguyen Xuan Phuc is a real comrade. His visit to Russia is not only an important event, but also lays a new foundation for the further development of bilateral cooperation in energy, high technology, tourism, medicine, education, mechanical engineering and also in the political and military fields," he emphasized.
