Quang Ninh province organizes meeting for key leaders at grassroots levels

The is the first time Quang Ninh province has organized the meeting on development orientation of the province with the large scale for secretaries of communal, ward and town Party Committees; and heads of communal, ward and town People’s Councils and People’s Committees.

The meeting aims to help participants thoroughly grasp viewpoints, targets, requirements, tasks and steering solutions of the province for major guidelines.

During the three-day meeting, the delegates will listen to the implementation of Resolution 19-NQ/TU on March 3rd, 2016 of the Executive Board of the provincial Party Committee and Project 25 on innovating methods, improving leadership capacity and fighting power of the Party; implementing streamline of apparatus; some guidelines, socio-economic development situation of the province; implementation key tasks and solutions to enhance the quality of public administration in Quang Ninh province; results of new-style rural area construction in the 2011-2015 period and viewpoints, tasks and solutions for new-style rural area construction in the 2016-2020 period at grassroots levels; solutions to enhance effectiveness of OCOP (One Community One Product) products in localities; political security situation; problems in protecting order and security at the grassroots; location, role, functions and duties of local administration; orientation of activity innovation under the Local Administration Organization Law; and State management work in some fields: planning, land, construction, natural resources and environment.

Then, the participants are divided into three groups to participate in discussions, exchanges, connection and association of trained contents with solutions of specific problems of localities to realize tasks, targets and solutions under the resolution of the 12th National Party Congress and the resolution of the 14th provincial Party Congress. 

Through the event, the province wants to build a generation of officials and leaders, who have kind hearts and for today and in the future./.
